A native HubSpot integration with true two-way sync would be a game-changer for managing customers more efficiently. Sydnee is an excellent client portal, honestly the best solution an agency like ours could use, but it still lacks full CRM functionality. I know a Zapier integration is in the works, but a robust native HubSpot integration would be hard to beat.
