Summary

Add the ability to create folders in the Files section that can be toggled as hidden from client view. Any file placed inside a hidden folder would automatically inherit that privacy setting — keeping internal documents, works in progress, and agency notes out of the client portal without requiring per-file permission management.

The Problem

Currently there is no way to separate internal files from client-facing files within the same portal. Agencies need a place to store internal SOPs, notes about the client, and files that are still in progress — without the client seeing them or receiving notifications about them.

Requested Features

• Ability to create folders with a client visibility toggle (e.g. "Client-Facing" / "Internal Only")
• All files inside a hidden folder automatically inherit the hidden permission
• Clients cannot see hidden folders or their contents in the portal
• Clients receive no notifications for files uploaded to hidden folders
• Toggle should be simple — a switch or label on the folder level (not per file)
• Team members retain full access regardless of toggle setting

What This Solves

A toggle or switch on each folder labeled "Client-Facing" (on by default) that can be switched to "Internal Only" — hiding the folder and all its contents from the client view automatically.
