When a request is marked as Private, any files uploaded through that request will automatically be organized into a dedicated folder inside the File Module labeled “Hidden.”

What this means
• Files from private requests will still sync into the File Module.
• They will be grouped into their own folder.
• The folder will be marked Hidden, making it visible to your internal team only.
• Clients will not see these files in their portal.

Why we’re adding this

Previously, private request uploads did not flow into the File Module because the module is scoped to the entire account.

Permissions can still be adjusted later if you decide to make files view-only or fully accessible.
