I’d like to request a feature that allows prospective clients to sign up or register for a portal account on their own, without manual creation from our team. This functionality is essential for our business model, especially when running ads that direct leads to sign up for a free trial of our service.

Currently, platforms like Copilot support this kind of self-service onboarding, and we will, unfortunately, need to use their platform in the meantime solely because of this gap in functionality.

Additionally, it would be highly beneficial to have the option for owners/admins to create a portal template, which is automatically applied to all new client accounts upon registration. This would ensure a consistent experience across the board while still giving clients the ability to customize their portal later if needed.

These features are vital to scaling our service and streamlining operations. We’d love to continue using your platform if this type of functionality becomes available.
