Service Requests for Active Services

When a client clicks on one of their active services, they'll be able to fill out a short form — including a title, description, priority, and due date — which automatically creates a task for the team, notifies them, and keeps the client updated when it's complete.

Please include the option of having the task creation automatically assign a specific team member whenever the service is requested. That way we can have different departments automatically get notified based on the task being requested.

The automatic task creation and notifications close the communication gap, and the completion update reinforces trust by showing the request didn’t just disappear into a queue — it was executed. This essentially functions as a mini command center for service delivery.
