Control exactly who sees each task section inside a client account.

Sections can be:
• Visible to everyone (default)
• Hidden from client portal users
• Restricted to a specific list of team members and/or clients

Anyone not on the allowlist simply won’t see the section or its tasks — no placeholders, no hints.

This unlocks:
• Internal-only workstreams inside shared accounts
• Sensitive or confidential client matters
• Executive-only or limited-team task sections
• Clean separation between WIP and client-ready deliverables

Task counts, dashboards, and navigation automatically reflect only what each user is authorized to see. The account owner always retains full access.
